Join me - Emma Cook (The Tiny Turner) -  LIVE - as I take you through the steps of turning and hand carving a gorgeous, little pumpkin box and with Hallowe'en just around the corner, these make fabulous decorations or spooky gifts!

The turning section of the box is suitable to turners of all skill levels, and the carving (which is optional) uses minimal tools and is a good introduction to hand carving.

During this online demonstration, I aim to teach you: 

• The considerations you need to make when turning the base box for this project
• A brief introduction to the carving chisels being used for the project
• How to hand carve the detail of the box

The demonstration will take place via Zoom. You do not need a camera or microphone in order to watch, BUT it is always better if you do have access to them as these demos are interactive so it will give you a better opportunity to ask questions either during the demonstration, or afterwards.

You DO NOT have to pay anything to Zoom to watch this demonstration - once you have purchased your ticket, you will be sent the link which contains your meeting ID and password so you can join the masterclass.

The Zoom meeting will be open 10 minutes prior to the start time - this will give you time to join, have a friendly natter with fellow woodturners and make sure your equipment is working properly. If you have any problems logging in, please contact remotedemos@thetinyturner.co.uk and we will endeavour to get you connected as quickly as possible!

The demonstration will last between 1.5 and 2.5 hours (approximately).

Once the class is over, I will edit the demonstration and send you a link to be able to watch it at your convenience for a maximum of 30 days.
